      Cox Automotive has many different companies, so if looking for a change, you can stay with the company, and still find a new career path. This company provides Medical and Pension after 20 years!

      Cons

      There is a lot of politics that has started, which has increased tremendously since some major leadership turnover, which has not been good.

      Cox is a great organization to work for. There are so many divisions of the company opportunities are endless regarding your career path.

      It can be difficult to get in the company but once you are in, you are in.

      Pros

      Diverse group of people to work with. Number of new job opportunities at company property. Supportive supervisors that encourage movement within company.

      Cons

      Low morale when employees see consistent abuses by jump truck drivers, mainly one, with no doing his job to support other employees. And management is informed and nothing is done about it.
