I started at Cox Automotive 4 years ago and I have been given every opportunity to grow and reach my full potential. If you want to grow with training and education the company offers many different avenues to do so. I am still growing in my career here. I have great Leadership to get advice on what would be the most beneficial to accelerate my growth.

Cons

The only downside really is we do have extreme weather conditions we have to deal with. We are an Auto Auctions so cars cannot move with out my team out there moving them.

The diversity is great and they have a lot of great programs. A lot of problems so you have the opertunity to enhance and fix a lot( if you were lucky and got the support l)

Cons

The IT is very corrupted and lacks real technical capabilities to save time, enhance performance and add security. Micro managing people on useless stuff. No appreciation for anything inovative and saves a lot of the company money with proofs and numbers. A lot of games and hiding real numbers.
