      Benefit plan, Wellness focus on employees, salary, work space, community involvement, training, vacation package, long term incentive plan, employee perks company car etc

      Cons

      politics, unfair promotion practices, ageism, employee morale, indecision with leadership, lack of direction and focus, no one speaks up when needed, internal pressure within the culture

      Pros

      Awesome people, great working environment. Very laid back . Work hard play hard mentality. Very young group- average age probably 35- young, fresh ideas with very knowledgable people.

      Cons

      A lot of pressure- high number of accounts per manager- but that is due to growth so it's understandable .

      Pros

      Pay. Really, that's about it. They have a pension plan that takes 5 years to vest in the plan. Free parking. Convenient north-side location near MARTA station.

      Cons

      Rudderless ship for more than a year. 2 VP's in less than a year, and the directors are childish, rude and do nothing more than attend meetings. Only the specialists get anything done. Shared services model does not work at all. Comms team wants to believe they are relelvant, but they aren't. Below the director level, literally every employee has voiced desire to move to other departments or to leave the company.
