Pros

- Coke, Diet coke, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, hot chocolate... the works - Ping pong table... You can only play at certain times. - Fresh fruit, maybe once a month. Gone in days. - Nice people who are sociable to one another - normal corporate benefits ....Not much huh?

Cons

- Incompetent AMs, they are not taught new procedures and changes to workflow so jobs come back all the time or they don't know how to do something in SalesForce. - Major micromanagement issues (Even if they say they don't do it, they really do) - Typical sweatshop for a corporation. When you come to work, they strip you of your human feelings and well-being and make you work tons of hours for little pay - This company was taken over by Autotrader to fix everything, nothing is fixed. - "Great place to work" values. All talk, no real reason to have this place be great to work at. - Upper management doesn't really care about lower peons, (aka the people who do grunt-work) - Want a good salary and be able to live in Fort Myers? Don't even THINK of working here, regardless of your title in this company. - Freezing cold air-conditioning, bright lighting that possibly can give you migraines, loud break room that echoes into the first floor cube-ville. - New procedures every week, things changing TOO MUCH. Make a plan and stick with it, people are getting confused and things are NOT getting done correctly and on time because of this. About my personal experience here: I worked here for years before Haystak was taken over by Autotrader. It was very relaxed, we had people who loved their jobs and worked hard, I wasn't given extra projects to overwhelm my duties. I used to be able to do things that helped me create and then stripped of it or had to hide it so no one saw, listen to streaming music (Pandora, iHeart Radio, Spotify) and talk shows to help me create art. You are under a "watchful eye"; people spy on you and try to get you in trouble for doing things other than work. Add cubicles, major stress, a freezing cold environment and loud people playing pingpong in the back room. I started getting major headaches and health issues. I started to get many Anxiety attacks. My performance got low and I was then told that my numbers were low and "threatened" to fix that and take care of it. Then I started to get micromanaged and asked over and over if I got stuff done, or why wasn't something completed on time or why am I working so slow. It felt like I was always watched and told what to do constantly. I couldn't wait to leave every day. I walked out after my shift was over and felt a sense of release of stress and anxiety. I fought for a year to get compensated correctly for my skills and time working here to be competitive with the state and NEVER got it. I gave up and then my fellow co-workers got raises and I became the lowest-paid on the team. I felt completely over-worked, underpaid and under-appreciated. They never cared.

Pros

Encourages you to move around, positive outlook on the company, great pay and benefits

Cons

Management is often times not approachable. Wake up stressed go to bed stressed. Company is growing rapidly but not enough staff to keep up. Internal clients feel the need to stab you in the back whenever they can.
