      A great place to start a new career

      Pros

      Haystak brings on people who are less experienced which is great for someone just starting out in their career. The people are seriously fantastic, I've never had better coworkers in my life. If you work in Kansas City and you don't get to know Maggie Huffman, you are missing out!

      Cons

      This is a company in transition. They are going from start up to corporate affiliate. Current employees are going to be on the receiving end of many of these growing pains. The pay is really terrible, they pay at the bottom ten percent of the industry.

      Casual work environment. Good lower level. Hard working people trying to bring some decency to a bad situation.

      Cons

      Inexperienced management, fear mongering, broken products, false promises, no advancement, no training, no support for employees, non transparent.
