As a company motors.co.uk are very flexible with their employees they have a real employee culture ethic but this is slowly fading away. Motors do a lot of charitable work which helps build strong relationships
Cons
Motors.co.uk changes the way they work every two months they offer to pay bonus but quickly take it away when They need to hit their numbers even though you may have hit for that mouth! Motors.co.uk need to do more to support internal progression.
