Great co-workers, team atmosphere, benefits. Lots to potentially learn.

Cons

Want employees to constantly innovate, but with products that don't always meet client expectations based on how sold/promised can make it hard to find a great performance story. Lots of restructuring, job consolidations, and layoffs leaving you constantly wondering whether you should leave for another opportunity.

The worst communication skills possible. Changing rules/policies every other day. It's the techs fault if no work is available.

Way too many layoffs every year. The layoffs are not even to save $, but to try something new (just about every department in the company is hit every year). What was their core strength (letting support teams partner with sales teams) has nearly gone away. The thought is ai will provide sales reps with everything they need. Well, let's see how it goes
