Good solid CEO. Very smart guy. Good salary structure for the market. Diverse workforce and environment. Many areas to expand career knowledge.

Cons

The CEO hired a new CTO who hired or promoted some people who hired or promoted some other people that should have never been allowed into the building. There is an insane amount of Managers, Directors and higher, many very young with no knowledge of the business, no vision and no people development skills, at all. If you are not part of this Brat Packs social circle you have no hopes of advancement. The teamwork philosophy is all but gone with this new group of leaders. Very cutthroat and conniving. The morale is the lowest that I have seen in 10+ years.
