Pros

Paycheck doesn't bounce; many friendly people

Cons

Three compensation plans in 18 months. Harder and harder to make commission. Company doubled work load with no additional compensation. Used to be one day per week in the office; now it is three. Support does not mean just quoting policy. Weak leaders.
