Pros

Lots of free food, free gift giveaway, laid back call center, can watch TV listen to music and eat while you work. Decent amount of PTO. Good benefits. Work from home

Cons

Shift bids every 4 months, lack of support from supervisors, hard to make commission, having to sell cell phone service, getting sales stolen from other sales reps. Mandatory overtime. Can be very stressful some days and can take a toll on mental health and work/life balance

Pros

Great benefits - career advancement - development opportunities - Overall, solid leadership

Cons

Upper-level executive can get disconnected with what is going on in markets. I poor VP can mask her incompetence for years causing much turmoil and loss of key employees as a result.
