Competitive Salaries. All traditional benefits you would expect, plus retirement plan & free cable TV & Internet. Annual profit sharing bonuses. Excellent attention to work/life balance.

Cons

Technical training is pretty much non-existent. Management comes up with great plans for sales training, etc, but there is no follow-through after the fact. It seems as if they jump from program to program with no perseverence to determine if success is possible from one to the next. Most times, it seems like management has lost touch with what the reality of the market is. Not much opportunity for advancement without moving out of market. Upper management continually took incentives away from sales teams, negatively impacting morale, and their ability to earn at the same levels.
