Pros

I believe the benefits are the best reason to work here. It can be fun and exciting at times. You can really improve your sales skills by the amount of calls your take daily. You can't but not get better.

Cons

Sometimes the work can be a bit stressful. Management doesn't listen to your advice. I felt like a robot at times. It always seemed that you had no chance to move up. Unless you were friends with management or a kiss butt.

Pros

Decent Pay, Good Benefits, Pension Plan, Very Affordable Health Plan, On Site Gym and Cafeteria

Cons

It is becoming very corporate and political. It is becoming very top heavy. Two additional layers of management have been inserted above me this year. The location has a lot of traffic and they do not support telecommuting currently.
