Great hours,benefits,fun people/atmosphere, promotes from within, you determine your monthly bonus no cap, the office has a full gym and cafeteria with chefs

Cons

Gets tiring being on the phone all day taking 60+ billing calls, even thoguh it is billing you do have a quota to meet, hard to get time off, schedule based off your numbers/goals,

Its a growing field. So if you're looking to grow your experience, then its a great opportunity. Also, in the right dept, you can make more more than expected.

Cons

Its easy to get stuck in the retail store, with no chance to grow. There are constant changes to the payment structure, which make income unstable.
