Pros

The pay and training is very good. I like the way HR responds to problems in the company. The company is headed in the right direction.

Cons

The management are not from the same industry. They are all about sales and not customer service. The quotas are pretty high with the low amount of traffic.

Pros

Great local camaraderie and commitment to local community at the regional level. Benefits are fantastic.

Cons

Not sure what the vision or direction of the company is. There is a lot of rhetoric that comes out of HQ, but the actionable projects don't reflect the messaging. The lack of communication between departments on the HQ and regional levels is concerning.
