Competitive pay Excellent benefits Comfortable work environment Reasonable expectations of employees Traditional and alternative shifts (i.e. 4 x 10 hour days) Positions generally posted for internal candidates first

Cons

Can be difficult to be promoted Pay scale rises quickly, then tops out with nowhere else to go College degree required for many (if not most) positions

Old time company where you are still a person not just a number. Teamwork is valued and encouraged.

Cons

Slow to respond when it comes to competition, they seem to be ok with following yet they have one of the best networks in the country.
