Above-average experience with a solid company

Pros

They really take care of their employees. Benefits aren't anything extraordinary, but there are lots of perks, including more PTO than most companies, paid volunteer time, thorough training time.

Cons

Constant change is one thing, but constant changes in management is another. It's difficult to build a working relationship with a manager when he or she is transferred after a couple months, promoted, or quits. The turnover is incredibly high.

Pros

Great benefits such as 401k and this crazy thing called Pension. Competitive pay Employee friendly and always trying to improve. Community involvement

Cons

Archaic order entry systems that finder the learning process of new employees and frustrate customers as well as install technicians due to easy to overlook errors by reps.
