Pros

Good training events. If you produce, the money is great. Spiffs are good.

Cons

The company changes things constantly. If a process is created on Monday, it may change by next Monday. It leads to confusion and paperwork issues. There are more than 50 reps tasked to sell in one county. That leads to constant disputes and a very aggressive environment between sales representatives.
