Pros

Cox tries to provide a good work/life balance to all of their employees. I have never been questioned when I need to deal with family matters or take a vacation.

Cons

A lot of change going on right now in the Technology world at Cox - a scary place to be right now. In about 2 years things will probably smooth out and it will be a lot better place to work.

Pros

I had a good manager, very flexible. Good pay and benefits. Good amount of vacation days. Very solid company to wok for.

Cons

Sometimes the computer systems can be difficult to use because they are not very user friendly. There are times when the store gets very busy and it can be stressful.
