Pros
Work place enviornment is welcoming and friendly. Leadership and employees work in concert toward company goals. Recognition is given for good work in terms of team praise. Annual review is mostly fair with targeted goals and payout scale that is more data driven than based on management perspectve, though not perfect.
Cons
Lack of professionalism is some employees. Inability to police poor behavior creates enviornment of somewhat lazy and stagnant coworking enviornment. Frequent reorganization causes lack of focus on short term operational goals. Overstretched it support and overbearing security policies causes bottle necks in project completion. Corporate vs divisional atmosphere.
