Pros

company takes good financial care of its employees. still has a pension! nice new buildings. work can be challenging. needs to move away from long project cycles.

Cons

they make all their money selling porn. video is not an easy technology to learn. there are people who have been there for years who think they own the areas in which they work.

Pros

Great engineering team. Great Product Portfolio. Very rapid follower. Current customer satisfaction is pretty high

Cons

Extremely poor Marketing Communications. Big data has become a big problem for a Marketing Leadership which is not thinking strategically, but only on a day to day reactive basis. Healthcare benefits are horrible.
