Like most big companies, they blow up little things into reasons to fire people. Increasingly high expectations out of employees (they fired x number of employees, so the rest are expected to pick up the slack, no questions asked), they don't always give straight answers to questions you ask, and usually deflect if you bring up an issue, getting updated equipment is like pulling teeth, especially if you want it to work well. Also, the pay is pretty awful for the kind of work being done.

Like any large company, some departments are better than others. Most departments are awesome - and management tries to identify those departments that aren't, and works to improve them.
