Cons

Call center work is very stressful. If you can't handle being called every name in the book by rude customers this is not the place to work.

Cons

Action speaks louder than words. If you say you value your employees show them. There definite clicks that get recognized for just doing their job, while those that go above and beyond are never acknowledged.

Pros

Fun Atmosphere, Provided professional development support and advice, interesting products. Strong affiliation with community organization and good volunteer programs. The work I did as an intern was substantial and developed me for my future career in the media industry.

Cons

The company refuses to acknowledge the tough competition it faces against Verizon and is not doing enough to innovate its products and services to meet the environment Verizon is creating.
