Best supervisor support . I feel my sup would go to bat for me. Anyone else in the company may not know me as a person just a number

Cons

Covid affected everyone. Some of us came out worse than we started. Upper management does not see you as a person but rather looks at states and makes a decision on whether u belong. Not taking you as a person with pressures fears issues as a result of covid and being so essential

Great Culture They're very promoting of all things corporate citizenship. There is a lot of focus on employee well-being, and the company (currently private) is good about promoting health and wellness. Co-workers are smart people

Cons

There are some groups that have prioritized empire building and delivering short term value over strategic thinking. Some in leadership are scrambling to prove their worth; their organization's suffer from stagnation and no long term strategy. Instead of working smarter, they work harder. Intelligence and leadership skills residing in the same person is a rare find.
