Pros

There are so many pros. I can’t even listen them all first of all have an excellent manager, being successful really boils down to having a really good supportive manager someone that’s willing to develop you listen to you and let you be who you are. Then I have a very good VP that has an open door policy. They want you to be successful. There’s no hidden agenda. They don’t lie to you. They tell you the truth. I’ve loved that. Now I have a region that doesn’t have a lot of territory for cops, but I have a lot of partners and I’m very excited to embark on this journey.

None at this time and I’ve spoken to people that I’ve been 18 years plus and there is nothing bad they say about this company

They lied to me about being hybrid, the schedule, and the structure of the business

Cons

was moved to inside customer service rep within a month because "they were downsizing the business inside sales rep role" so anyone in the last year was moved to cst service rep position
