Pros

Brand name, easy to close sale. Facilities, cafeteria on main location. Bathrooms, running out of pros, but clean bathrooms. Chairs, comfortable chairs. Smoker's area, for all you smokers. Vending machines, you have to pay but they are there. Please let me sign up now!

Free cable, pretty good health

Cons

Extremely rude customers, every single thing you do is monitored and almost every rule contradicts itself. Quality annoys customers more than it "gives a good customer experience". Technicians can ruin your stats while doing a crappy job.
