      Pretty good benefits although every few years they take more and more away

      Cons

      Unfit managers; favoritism, lack of innovation, lack of creativity, cliques and inappropriate conversations among the fresh -from-the-intern pool that higher ups entertain. Constant reorgs where they make everyone, except for the faves, reapply for their jobs, zero promotions, they make you do trainings and development just so they can check a box because you don't get anything in terms of advancement out of it....just a toxic place to be...run

      Goals kept going up and unrealistic. Base pay very low No Support Same top performers for the last 3 years. Kind of find that fishy in sales. Stay away from this company as there are far BETTER companies out their. Management will throw all this fairy dust out to act like things will be ok. Not when you are messing with peoples money.

      The stress of the job is unmanageable at times, they do give you mental health therapy LOL. Sales is a revolving door, the quotas are changing constantly, so if you meet it, next quarter they raise it. If you call a customer to try and sell them a service but the ask to remove a service YOU have to take the $$ out of YOUR paycheck NOT COX! This is how they stay profitable. Management has unlimited PTO, you do not, you have to clock in and out all day long, but your managers are never in to help you.
