Pros

Pay and benefits are fair compared to other technology/cable companies.

Cons

A lot of positions have been sent offshore. Can be very stressful, at times, while management pushes more and more work down.

Pros

Work hours are fairly reasonable

Cons

Most of the staff are lifers, and there's a clear treatment difference between those with pensions and those that aren't. So many individual teams that silo what they own and brick wall and punt responsibility. My own manager openly lies, is very mood driven, and is very untrustworthy but it's ok when observed by his manager. There's a very clear of morals and it's very rampant Overall the staff is very old fashioned and any diversity is minimal. White men rule, and while I'm openly gay I would never bring it up at work bc it would be weaponized in some way by opportunists. Stay away

Thanks for your review. We take this feedback to heart; creating a culture where every person can live authentically is central to what we do. While we’re proud of the fact that organizations like the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), Fair360 and Seramount have continually recognized our commitment to inclusion, diversity and LGBTQ+ equality, we recognize that there is always progress to be made. We are escalating your comments to leaders internally, and encourage you to have an open and honest conversation with your HR Business Partner about your concerns so they can assist you.
