Pros

Good benefits, ability to work from home

Cons

This company is not ethical. Rates and terms that they promise are misleading, to say the least. Employees are treated like robots, and expectations are extremely unrealistic. Too much emphasis is placed on sales, when customer service should be the priority. Service techs are often contracted out and do not represent the company well, often bad-mouthing them and causing damage to customers' personal property or their home. Installation and service appointments often get cancelled without the customer's knowledge. General overall impression from the calls I received over a 2-year period is that Cox is not to be trusted.
