      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, stable company.

      Cons

      A lot of middle management staff are long-term employees (12-15 years or service). Their decision making is often based on self-preservation more than doing the right thing.

      Pros

      Lots of great benefits and perks - particularly if you work at the Atlanta campus where there is a gym, cafeteria and other nice amenities. Fun atmosphere, lots of employee engagement events like spring socials (where Zak Brown played last year) and the company is big into providing community volunteerism opportunities.

      Cons

      Almost impossible to leave! The salary is very competitive for the region and the opportunities internally are nearly endless since you can transfer between divisions.

      Great compensation and benefits package. Company looks after its employees. Privately owned with very successful revenue growth. Excellent campus facilities.

      Cons

      May end up working in a toxic culture depending on the department. Some leaders micromanage their people. HR and Talent acquisition are inconsistent in how they manage problem employees. Too many “yes” men.
