      Pros

      Cox has all the benefits of a large company, with a small family feel. Cox does the right thing for employees, customers, and the community.

      Cons

      Quite a bit of leadership turnover recently.

      Pros

      Cox is an excellent company to work for - a very diverse company that believes and supports it's employees and make significant commitments in dollars and volunteer hours to the communities in which it operates. In addition to Cox Enterprises, there are three divisions - Cox Communications, Cox Automotive, and Cox Media Group. It's a private company so while the bottom line is important, they have significant flexibility to focus on the longer term results instead of just the next quarter.

      Cons

      The company is going through some major organizational change in many of it's divisions as they consolidate subsidiaries and work towards a single mindset but that's not easy with a wide mixture of acquired companies often with different cultures from Cox.
