Pros

Great benefits, tuition reimbursement, beautiful campus, state of the art fitness facilities that are free to all employees, great cafeteria with affordable prices for breakfast and lunch, the ability to carve your career path, numerous development opportunities inside and outside of the company, employee discounts, employee appreciation, rewards point for employees, 18 days of PTO starting out, most holidays off, work from home opportunities, family like culture,

Cons

With the large campus sometimes people prefer conference calls instead of face to face meetings to minimize travel time.

Pros

Cox Enterprises is an extremely good company and is very generous to their employees when it comes to benefits and basically a great place to work. The Company itself is very ethical and has the best intentions to radiate high ethical standards and loyalty to their employees, and customers/clients.

Cons

Unfortunately, this is not the case at too many of their Cox Automotive Manheim locations. Vehicles are going through presale inspections and being failed by the mechanics, then management demands that the inspection be changed to passed. They also do this when a customer buys a vehicle and gets a post sale inspection. The mechanics will fail them, and management will instruct the Mechanic department managers to change the inspection result to passed. This is done for some of their high volume dealers that bring terrible cars to Manheim to Auction them off. The dealers are unethical, but are making a lot of money for Manheim. The GMs at the auctions are turning their heads and knowingly allowing this to happen at the expense of the buyers purchasing the vehicles and the integrity of the mechanics that are rightfully failing the vehicles.
