      Pros

      Despite being a large company, Cox Enterprises still gives a family feel. They treat their employees very well by offering great perks, benefits, and opportunities. They highly encourage career growth, work/life balance, physical health and checkups, etc...

      Cons

      Due to the large size of Cox and all of their divisions & sister companies, it can be difficult and timely to implement change across the company.

      Pros

      Instant health insurance and individual support when first starting out. You quickly become proud of the brand after learning the complete story.

      Cons

      Sometimes working for such a large corporation you worry if it is more who you know than what you know.
