      -Great benefits and amenities (gyms, cafeterias, health initiatives)! -Learning./growth is encouraged, so they provide access to training and educational assistance -Great work life balance!!!! -Executives are open-minded and friendly

      -there's not much room for career growth -some of the work is archaic and not needed -resistant to change -politics

      Cox Is one of the best companies to work for! Great mix of holdings and it is a well run organization.

      Pros

      Cox has great people, a great work life balance, and benefits. It is a very professional work environment. There is a good mix of diversity and an atmosphere of teamwork. They also have excellent facilities at the corporate campus and a convenient location at the perimeter.

      Cons

      Low turnover means less opportunity to advance, the culture seems to be changing to one less tolerant to work life balance.
