      Good pay. Hours are fine. The brand is strong

      Cons

      Management does not do a good job of "leading by example" They would rather go on the perfect sales call than really see the big picture how tough it is out there

      Pros

      Hands down...the people. There are fantastic people who work at Adify. From talented engineers, to creative designers, all the way to customer driven account managers. This place is buzzing with bright, young talent. Free drinks is a plus. Free lunch on Friday is nice. Cheap snacks is a perk.

      Cons

      There isn't much of a focus on employee development. Growth and opportunity is often difficult to realize. Management doesn't focus on this and there isn't any efforts by HR to help facilitate it.
