Pros

benefits are great, at times the employee-first ideal is equally spread across all groups. campus is beautiful, some really fun events around the holidays too.

Cons

*poor leadership in CMI; mismanagement of funds and resources now negatively impacting teams that were not part of those decisions. *too much micro-managing re: butts in the chairs on property, while not using that time to actively team build or collaborate. Morale killer *recent focus from merit and proof of performance shifting to identity politics/walking on eggshells leading to uneven/unfair workload distribution, which builds resentment and ruins morale.
