      Work life balance. Hybrid work. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Few growth opportunities. Bonus payout driven by performance of other divisions so you have no way to impact the amount.

      Excellent work/life balance Excellent benefits Interesting Work Supportive Leadership (although, that can depend on your department/team) Abundant learning opportunities Internal mobility

      Cons

      There are cons with any place you work; the biggest change for me when I came to work at Cox was the pace at which decisions are made. Due to the many entities Cox has (Cox Communications, Cox Automotive) it can take a long time to come to an enterprise decision (where needed). Even decision making and alignment in one department in one entity can take a long time. Everyone's input is listened to and evaluated, which can be frustrating at times when you are seeking to quickly roll out a project or initiative.

      Great people to work with and benefits are top notch. Hybrid work environment.

      Cons

      Unrealistic sales goals and little support from management. No resources to help with lead generation. No clear direction in where the AJC is going. Depending on the manager, you will be micromanaged.
