      Leadership not aligned with roles and responsibilities. There are a lot of leadership favoritism and clicks within the departments.

      Great benefits and unlimited PTO, every one that works there is nice.

      Cons

      Some recruiters are very hard to work with. Layoffs happen unexpectedly.

      Pros

      Large (20 bn+) private company that is well-managed and genuinely cares about its employees. Great pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Some departments are better than others. As a whole, the company is facing mature products and intense competition so profits are not as good as they were in the heyday of Newspapers and TV/Radio. Consequently, it's not as good to work here as it once was; but it's still pretty good. Given the good work environment, turnover is relatively low which can make advancement a bit more difficult.
