      Cox benefits and salary if you are made a full time employee.

      Cons

      It’s production work. Work like balance is lacking. They promise creative work and full time positions but neither materialize. Everything from IT to training to HR to simple task management is mismanaged, unorganized and chaotic. This will continue unchecked because the two main bosses like to act like “nice guys” but actually have giant egos.
