Pros

Salary was was good . i was paid from corporate not locally

Cons

Worked at Manheim Auto Auction . I was coporate domiciled t this location. The GM and AGM only wanted me personally to do menial work of which I had contract security to do those jobs in their post orders. I just drove arouns a 400 acre lot looking for lost cars and keys

Pros

For being a 100+ year-old company, Cox is incredibly progressive, with unlimited PTO, great D&I programs, great benefits, and decent flexibility (especially during the pandemic).

Cons

Sometimes Cox can still be a little stuck in the past, but leadership is genuinely doing a good job working to fight this tendency. Also, the recruiting team is awful - I've had many friends, and myself, have terrible experiences - no call back, super slow, getting in the way of hiring managers doing what they want to do, etc.
