      Work life balance. Hybrid work. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Few growth opportunities. Bonus payout driven by performance of other divisions so you have no way to impact the amount.

      Pros

      Great company when I started. The culture was amazing and people truly cared. Nice offices at HQ. Pay was decent.

      Cons

      Whether because of a changing market or leadership changes, the culture is not the same. Re-orgs are the norm now. Long tenured employees banking on retirement from Cox are being eliminated.

      Pros

      The culture here is unmatched! They truly care about their employees. Everyone is so kind, helpful, and excited that you are there. There is flexibility on days that you go into the in office based on the team schedule. When you do go in the facilities, gym, and cafeteria space are wonderful! Onboarding process was seamless with learning more about the company and slowly adjusting into the role. They place a true emphasis on volunteering and making a difference in your community.

      None that I have experienced so far!
