Pros

Great culture, growth opportunities, and I love how the company gives back to their community! We even have days off to volunteer! Because Cox is family owned, family values are integrated throughout how they care for employees- which I personally love. Great 401k and Unlimited PTO!

Cons

I honestly can't think of any- I've seen the company promote within, be flexible when needing to take care of personal needs, benefits are great and I have a hybrid work environment. Perhaps the only con would be more remote roles for other departments? But personally I'm pleased with this aspect in my role.

Working for a larger corporation means that decisions can take longer and are often made to address broader groups/needs vs a faster and more targeted approach.
