Pros
I was told in the interview process that "Cox hires performers". This was not an exaggeration. The individuals I have met in my first month are hardworking, inspiring people who excel at their jobs. They're always eager to be at their best and I love working amongst them. The campus is amazing. No detail was looked over. The onboarding process is actually incredible. I felt well informed and given every opportunity to learn and arm myself with everything I needed to be successful from day one. The salary and benefits are impressive. I feel my worth is known and respected and reflected in my salary. Cox Inc just takes care of their own. I look forward to many years as a Cox employee.

Can't think of a downside. I'm sure there is one but I haven't come across it.
