Pros
Pay was good, benefits were better. New management through CAI really does not know how to run a fleet services business. Try as they might, but they will fire people who speak up about inefficiencies brought from Atlanta.
Cons
'process improvement' folks have not improved a single process. They have taken existing processes, added more people, destroyed margins. The holier than thou's from Atlanta will pat themselves on the back when their own mistakes get fixed. The uncontrollable spending and demeaning of legacy pre-acquisition staff has completely destroyed a turnkey business that should have just been left alone. For anyone reading this, jobs are being outsourced. This will happen. Billing, accounting, technology, purchasing, all of it is a possibility. If you're a minority, you will get promoted quickly. You will have meeting fatigue faster than you can say 'i quit'.
