      Pros

      while i worked there i maad a lot of new friends. everyone mostly got along well. you could almost always find a replacement if you needed to call in. its a pretty simple serving job.

      Cons

      the management changed during my time being there. some managers were great, others not so much. we got backed up alot and ran out of food items which seemed frequently as a server who depended on food items to be there to create happy guests. but i guess you run out of food items anywhere.

      Awesome group of people to work with Daily cash on hand for servers very flexible schedule Easy to learn menu

      Cons

      In store management horrible with 1 or 2 exceptions paychecks are little to nothing Corporate has no idea of what's really going on in stores mistreatment all around from managers from in store to corporate Benefits are a joke If you average exactly 40 hours and up you will keep your benefits but if they drop for a short time then you lose them

      Meet lots of great people, fast paced and challenging, flexibility with scheduling around educational programs, competitive benefits package (for a restaurant)

      Cons

      Losing focus on the people (internally and externally), there is a such thing as forcing too much teamwork down your employees' throats, not competitive pay for the stress and pressure of any position (including management)
