      A great place to work, feels like family

      Pros

      This is a flexible job, and you can make great money if you are quick, efficient, and friendly. The servers here are not snooty like in other alcohol serving restaurants, and we feel like a big family. Loved working here, managers always help you!!

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, if everyone is not working as a team, you will end up doing half of other peoples work, but teamwork is key here for everyone to make money.

      Pros

      There are some great people who really care for the Brand work there. The pay and bonuses are good. For the most part you know what's expected.

      Cons

      Too much “buddy- buddy” between direct reports and supervisors. Not a performance based company. As a DM the role is more of an area manager, very hands on. My DM became manager of the day during a visit.

      If you are a hostess you constantly get to do different things.

      Cons

      As a hostess sometimes waiters/waitresses do not clean up their tables or even if they do they leave them a mess. This becomes your job as does occasionally selling items in the store, and taking order. Management treats people who have worked their longer better then they treat new employees. Prepare to be bossed around by not only management but by seniority.
