Pros

- You can learn the basics and more of customer service, by working here. - At the time of this post, they have a fine management team, that they have been developing for some time. The are competent, kind, they care about you and your well being, and they also will not put up with laziness. They'll teach you how to stand on your own two feet, and help you make things happen for you. -Some truly good people work there. At the time of this post, theres one for every shift that i attend. Learn from those people, learn how they balance taking care of themselves, the guests, their duties, and their coworkers.

Cons

- In fighting is present all the time, you have to be able to do your job some days listening to your customers complaints, and having to hear the nastiness that happens in the back. Its not always there, but just know when it is there, its heavy. - Server duties are just like they are everywhere else: the guest first, your sidework second. Learn how to take care of both so you can get out at a decent time. Also learn how to be able to tell somebody off for not taking care of the guests when their doing sidework or goofing off. You have to be able to speak up to be able to survive.
