The people or food. The style in which the experience is very unique . Our retail shop is pretty neat!

Cons

Doing more work than others. Having people stand around and look for you to do their work. Tough experience at times.

Pros

I love the people pleasing attitude, the team work, the guests, and the family type atmosphere displayed to both guests and employees.

Cons

If the managers do not exude the the hospitality first attitude to guests and employees then it very difficult to get employees on board, ultimately dragging the moral down; making for a very stressful work environment.
