Great growth environment with plenty of challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. Crane Currency really values working in global teams on new product launches and operations improvement initiatives.

Cons

Sometimes the environment can be too dynamic, especially when big customer reorders arrive simultaneously.

Pros

I have worked for Crane over 20 yrs. in various positions. Our company offers a rich benefit program including 401K match and profit sharing. Our wellness program offers financial incentives and the programs get more robust each year. I paid for my under graduate degree on my own, so our tuition reimbursement benefit which helped me obtain my masters is a benefit beyond words. Lastly my favorite reason for working at Crane is the people I have had the honor to work with and for.
