You are correct that as a critical supplier to the U.S. Bureau of Engraving & Printing, and due to the secure nature of our products that we provide to them, our associates must go through an extensive security clearance process to ensure the integrity of our workforce and the products we deliver to the government. This is one reason why we have been the sole supplier of banknote paper to the US government for over 200 years! Thank you for being a valuable team member.

      Pros

      Crane is a very collaborative, engaging, and welcoming environment. There are many opportunities offered at Crane for professional growth and development and there are multiple resources available for support. This is a great business and a great place to work at to gain experience and connections while also enjoying the work that you are doing and the contributions you make to the company.

      Cons

      No PTO for interns, which was expected and is like that at most companies.

Although we do not offer PTO for interns, we do offer a flexible work arrangement for our students to provide them with both the time to pursue their schooling and for time off as needed.
