Amazing start to my career at Crane

Pros

I have really enjoyed my first few months at Crane Currency. What I have loved the most are the people and their passion for our Purpose Statement: "We give people confidence every day in moments that matter". I don't think I would have thought about working in the currency and product authentication industry, but it has been very interesting and on the cutting edge of technology. The team had a clear 90 day onboarding plan for me and allowed me to gain a strong footing on my work expectations and plan for the future at the same time. My peers have been very open and willing to help however they can. I have found the benefits to be good and cover the needs of myself and my family and appreciate the 401K match.

*The work is extremely interesting and engaging *Everyone I've met here has been extremely kind and willing to help me when I need help *Free coffee machine in the break room *I feel involved and like part of a team *My opinions and ideas are listened to and considered, not just brushed aside *My work is meaningful and working towards something, not just busywork

*Security clearance can take a while to get through *Some of the lab work can get repetitive
